Your mission : Your mission as a Customer Success Manager is to ensure that our customers have an optimal experience at any point within their journey.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of our customers' needs and will be able to work with other teams within the organisation to help fulfil these needs.
You will be building strong, loyal relationships between us and our customers by bridging the gap between sales and support.
