OverviewResponsibilities:
Provide 2nd level end user support, incident troubleshooting, resolution, and/or escalation to external vendors/development teams.Configure SaaS solutions to implement new functionalities.Support and train business users in the daily usage of the systems.Act as an expert on the business processes regarding system usage and serve as a link between the business, internal development team, and software providers.Explore data anomalies to resolve issues.Identify improvement opportunities in the systems.Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.A keen interest in providing support and educating end users.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
