Reporting to the Senior Manager Demand Planning, you will be responsible for creating and managing the regional demand plan for a group of products of Grifols Diagnostics Division.Your ResponsibilitiesManage demand planning processes and tools.Develop and establish high levels of collaboration between departments.Owner of the planning processes, tools, flows, and templates.Focus on sales forecast management and sales forecast quality (accuracy & BIAS) improvement.Lead consensus demand plan and coordinate local demand review.Ensure that all planning activities happen on time with the right quality.Manage new product launches and product lifecycle situations and adjust planning processes and tools properly.Develop and implement process improvements or any other related project by partnering with other Grifols functions like finance, industrial, IT, and the rest of Supply Chain.Collaborate with other departments on data flows to support integrated planning.Deliver full visibility to the business on the demand plan and the financial reconciliation associated with them.Monitor critical planning parameters and metrics.Ensure parameters alignment within regions, service level, and production capacity.Monitor root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation.Provide visibility to all stakeholders on their performance against the plan.Provide information to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing.Who You AreTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Advanced level of English.Experience or knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP or similar ERP.Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and effective problem-solving skills
