Job description The Demand Generation Manager, based in Paris, will support Akeneo in the strategy and execution of lead generation in Southern Europe.
You will support an integrated strategy of paid digital marketing, events/webinars, emailing, social media, and other initiatives to generate leads and return on investment.
This role will work closely with sales, operations, and the international marketing team.
The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail, an aptitude for project management, strong writing skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for supporting successful activities.
You will be integrated into the regional marketing department under the supervision of the EMEA/APAC Marketing Manager, and you'll manage one working student.
Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales activation and the effective use of campaigns and marketing resources.
Research relevant vendors (trade shows, webinars, paid media, etc.)
for our market, targets, and verticals.
Manage the data and lead import process to support campaign tracking and measurement.
Contribute to all marketing programs - managing the calendar, promotional plans, and planning.
Support Akeneo's social media accounts through planning, tracking, and data aggregation.
Provide social media posts for internal teams.
Support logistics related to programs.
Participate in the website updates (blog posts, white papers, etc.).
Work closely with sales and partner teams to support territory programs and plans to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
Build the marketing plan to meet the inbound objectives for the year.
Manage, train and develop the skills of the Demand Generation Specialist Southern Europe (working student).
Qualifications You have +2 years of marketing experience You act with empathy and communicate with honesty, openness, and respect.
You have strong communication and organisational skills.
You are attentive to detail and results-oriented.
You have experience managing marketing budgets to deliver strong ROI on demand generation activities You're able to adapt to change, take on new projects, and work independently.
You're comfortable with marketing automation tools, CMS, and CRM systems.
