Your position: As a Layout Engineer, you will become part of our Project Execution's team in our office in Cornellà, Barcelona. The team is responsible for the execution of projects of our material handling systems in Spain, South Europe, LATAM, and other countries. Working under the supervision of a Project Leader, the Layout Engineer is part of a multidisciplinary team.

Your core activities: Participate in the system design. Create and complete the 3D design from sketch to customer approval. Detail the design in order to release mechanical equipment specifications. Manage revisions of the 3D models and related documentation. Work simultaneously on more than one project. Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to develop and implement effective solutions. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required standards. Follow the internal procedures of the company. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Your profile: Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish. Familiarity and knowledge of mechanical design tools such as AutoCAD, ESoT, and Microsoft Office applications. An entrepreneurial spirit, anticipating and mitigating project risks, and dealing with issues in a practical environment. A cooperative mindset, enthusiastic to work in multidisciplinary, international teams, and eager to share knowledge with coworkers. Willing to travel around 10% internationally.
