You will proactively approach talents using various methods such as the internal database, Boolean searches, social media, job boards, recruitment fairs, and industry events.
You will build partnering relationships with Hiring Managers to understand the role and responsibilities of the vacancy to be filled and share the latest Industry trends, news about competitors, and labor market insights with the business.
You will influence the broader organization by sharing the TA team ´s insights from the external talent markets and implementing best practices with managers.To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of five years experience of sourcing globally - ideally in the high-tech industry.
Native level in the German language is mandatory and being fluent in English is critical as it is the business language.
