We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced sales professional to manage sales in the South of Spain territory, handle specialty or complex accounts, and drive the sales of Norit products. The ideal candidate will generate and achieve all sales and profit metrics, develop strategic sales plans, and foster strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:Manage sales territory and sell Norit products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for achieving desired results.Drive both current and future value for Norit by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability, focusing on where Norit can differentiate itself at the interface with the customer.Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers.Educate customers on new products and product enhancements, articulating and presenting product features and benefits.Identify new market opportunities and target builds; seek out competitive information.Establish and maintain processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business.Lead Norit's efforts to establish levels of excellence in sales and distributor management and customer service.Provide leadership that assists management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.May provide technical guidance and leadership to other representatives in the area.Support efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001 technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.Consistent use of Salesforce.com as the main CRM tool, maintaining an up-to-date Sales Funnel utilizing ComStrat, Balance of Power, and ENS negotiations preparation documents.Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science.Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor is preferred.Five or more years of experience in sales.Fluent Spanish and English language skills.Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.Results-driven and business-savvy professional who is able to recognize new business opportunities.Benefits:Opportunity to work fully in a remote setup.
