Job Location: This opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.
Your Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Support in the selection of scholarship holders and carrying out activities for them (Sandoz Campus).Support in D&I initiatives.Support in the management of maternity and paternity leave, carry out training.Support in the monthly payroll incident report.Management, maintenance, and periodic updating of personnel data.Support in various activities in the P&O area. What You'll Bring to the Role:University education related to psychology, labour relations, business administration or similar.Being studying a master's degree related to HR will be positively valued.Possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university or school.Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).English Level C1.We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning, and autonomy.
