Merlin Digital Partner is a tailor-made digital recruitment company for startups, scale-ups and corporates. We were born in Tech Barcelona where we established one of our main offices.

Our main goal is to build solid bonds with our partners and candidates by honest and transparent communication. We have fortunately grown very fast and expanded our agile methodology; for that reason, we are looking for a Digital Talent Acquisition to join our team in Barcelona & Madrid.
Role responsibilities:We are looking for someone with a strong ability in selection, business vision, and outstanding communication skills. Having a growth-focused mindset is highly valued for this position and for managing our partners.Be the owner and responsible for the whole recruiting process; in contact directly with the partners (founders, CEO, hiring managers or management team).Being an active part on social and professional networks: sharing and posting Merlin's content, job vacancies, events, and relevant content.Headhunting.Qualification and interview of candidates.Interview reports.Development of own network of candidates.Maintaining professional and direct communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships.Follow-up with candidates/partners.Reporting.To have the ownership of C-level recruitments for TOP companies.Building strong partnership with business stakeholders across the organization.To be part of the company growth and expansion working closely with the founders.We need:Proactive profile, eager to contribute, passionate about the industry, willing to test and try new tools, and implement new technologies in our day-to-day operations (AI, ATS, etc. process improvements).At least 4-5 years of experience as IT or Digital talent acquisition partner.Passionate about new technologies, digital and people.Knowledge of the digital ecosystem in Spain (international is a plus).Easy-going and hands-on personality.Someone who's comfortable contacting with people and excellent with communication skills; you love to make an impact and help other people.You are a highly organized and methodical person.You are used to working with OKRs and preparing weekly reports.Self-starter, take the initiative, and bring new ideas.You like to challenge yourself and always aim to the top (always!).You are committed to the highest level of quality and pay attention to details.You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and performance-driven.You speak excellent Spanish & English (Catalan is a plus).Experience in sales will also be a plus.We offer:Very competitive salary plus company stock options and annual bonus.Hybrid working format.New offices in Paseo de Gracia (but also in Tech Barcelona).To have fun with the best talented team.Friendly environment and a very motivated team to be led by the best.Fruits & Coffee.
