Are you our new Data Science Manager?
Intrum is the European leader in collection services and it is transforming its business into fully data centric and data driven.
This will involve developing next generation data products that will improve and optimize our functions (Operations, Marketing, Digital, HR etc) across the whole company and new data products as the foundation of new data centric business lines (e.G.
DaaS, SaaS, Credit Bureaux).
The Data Science Lead will be part of an elite group of data scientists at the core of this transformation, and will participate in creating a learning environment in our Centre of Excellence For Data Science and Intrum as a whole.

Produce data-driven insights and outcomes clearly and communicate effectively with people of varying levels of data literacy and technical knowledge.
Manage, grow and upskill a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
Translate real-world business requirements/requests into technical/mathematical problems that can be solved with data scientific methods.
Drive the move towards embracing data-driven practices across the board, in particular Test & Learn.
Actively contribute to the development of a Data Community, aimed at transforming Intrum into a data centric company.
Lead the continuous improvement process within the team.
