Data Center Customer Success Manager (Full Time) DescriptionOleson are currently recruiting for an experienced Data Center Customer Success Manager on behalf of Hanley's automation. With over 30 years experience, Hanley's have been deeply involved in the provision of control panels for data center projects across EMEA. Their approach to growing their business has been to focus on the success and needs of customers, ensuring that they make it as rewarding and easy as possible to do business together.
In this role you will partner closely with Hyperscale data Center clients across EMEA to ensure project delivery, high levels of customer satisfaction, and to identify new business opportunities. This role would be ideal for someone who has experience supporting technical projects and providing first-class customer experience. You will be working in a fast moving, collaborative environment and will have the opportunity to develop your CSM skills in line with latest industry best practice.
What you'll do: Networking: Liaising with clients in the region regards live projects and occasional site visitsRepresenting Hanley's at data centre shows in Spain and possibly other EMEA locations.Finding out what projects are live, who is GC, MEP in these countries.Building relationships with GC and MEP in the region on live projects and making sure Hanley Automation is known to them.Organising targeted micro events for clients, MEP, GC, and other suppliersMaintain active social media presence on LinkedIn from different sites, cities, events etc.Customer Success Collaborate and learn from our Team in managing accounts, relationship, and overall success of assigned customers.Collaborating with other teams in the business - Tech, Business Support, finance, Logistics to ensure seamless execution of customers projectsHelp our customers to access and utilise all resource and tools available to them.Building your knowledge of Customer Success best practice and seeking out innovative ways to drive customer success.Technical Support Provide project management services to ensure timely project delivery.Ability to gain panel building knowledge and over time develop an excellent understanding of panel drawings, existing component details, panel build specifications.Visiting panel builders to do verification checks and inspections.Work with our team on Pricing & estimating for control panel's.Participating in processes and meeting with technical teams to develop and refine clients standard control panel designsWho you are: Empathetic – you deeply understand the goals, drivers, and customer needs.Customer focused – you are ready to go the extra mile for your customers.Success oriented – you have clear goals and set plans to achieve them.Strategic – you understand the big picture but don't get trapped in the weeds.Proactive – you have a bias towards action and are always in control!What you need: An excellent attitude to helping people.Ability to travel to events and customers sites.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented and analytical.Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.Invested in pushing and developing your skillset.An interest in the exploration of creativity to solve business challenges.Keen to work within high performance teams.Why work with us?
