Scopely is looking for a Player Experience (PX) Data Analyst to join our PX & Community team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis!

The PX and Community team manages large data sets and applies analytics skills to answer business questions and digs into terabytes of player, revenue, marketing, and game data to understand user behavior, player experience, and game health across our portfolio.
What You Will Do Analyze large, sophisticated data sets representing the behavior of millions of online players to correlate Player Experience metrics with key business areas.
Study the sentiment of customer interactions to identify systemic problems and detect potential spikes in issues related to QA.
Audit and optimize 3rd-party Customer Satisfaction tools to improve resource allocation.
Proactively research new data solutions in the market.
Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels.
Contribute to the development of compelling dashboards that more effectively highlight the group's findings.
Collaborate with broader analytics teams and functions (BI, Data Visualization, Strategic Analytics, Data Science) to develop analytics products.
What We're Looking For Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, hard-working and a good business intuition are a must.
Two years of experience as a Data Analyst preferable at a top-tier institution or firm.
Previous experience in customer experience or marketing analytics is strongly preferred (Familiarity with CSAT, ARPU, Retention and Churn).
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced skills in using analytics tools and languages used to manipulate and export data in large data sets (SQL) and to analyze/automate (Python preferred / R).
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery is a plus.
Working Knowledge of visualization tools: Looker (Preferred), Qlikview, Tableau or PowerBI.
Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate complex results throughout an organization.
B.S.
(Masters degree a plus) from a top institution in a quantitative or scientific field (Math/Stats, Economics, CS, Engineering, Physics, Psychology or similar).
Ability to proactively work and develop trust with multiple teams is strongly preferred.
A love or strong desire to work with mobile / games.
