Our customer support team is looking for a data analyst intern:
Key Responsibilities:Develop a Robust Forecasting Model Design and implement a data-driven methodology to accurately predict MTD and QTD volumes.Utilize historical data and data mining techniques to improve forecasting precision.Create a Monitoring and Control Tool Build a user-friendly, real-time tracking tool to monitor interventions and compare forecasts with actual data.Ensure the tool is intuitive and effective for immediate decision-making needs.Analyze Performance and Refine Processes Assess forecast accuracy and tool effectiveness through data-driven analysis.Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize processes.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of tools and processes.Requirements:Fourth year students, as well as master students, from Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, etc.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQLStrong programming skillsExperience in managing data, systems, and toolsStrong analytical abilities, with excellent collaboration and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyDemonstrated willingness to take calculated risks to drive innovation and meet business objectivesExperience our benefits:Being part of HP means access to an international community with lots of growth opportunities within the company, professional development resources, networking opportunities, while enjoying in a great atmosphere making an impact.
