In Tappx we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for new talented people to join our Data team in our IT department. As a Data Analyst you will:

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Data Studio, and Looker Studio. Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure visualizations are tailored to meet the specific needs of different audiences. Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data projects. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives. Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in data analysis and visualization. Perform statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and support business case development. Use statistical methods to quantify the impact of various strategies and initiatives. Requirements: We are looking for if you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and Science programs, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in programming languages such as Python, PySpark and experience with data manipulation tools like SQL. 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting. Experience integrating data from a variety of sources. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in HTML and CSS is a plus. Desirable: Good at understanding data and extracting insights from it. Pattern detection. Fast learner, absorbs new domains quickly. Proactivity. Analytical mind. Problem-solving aptitude. Knowledge of Python, SQL and GCP. Curiosity driven. Result oriented
