Packaging Technician The Supply Chain Packaging (SCP) is the technical leader, responsible for the development of new initiatives to improve Granollers Site competitiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES As our Supply Chain Packaging, you are responsible for being the primary technical point of contact for innovation and strategic projects, collaborating with other SC stakeholders including the Site Initiative Leader (SIL), Procurement, R&D, Technical (Formula & Pack) teams, Planning Hub, and Quality.
Your main focus:
Contribute to new initiative start-ups (provide inputs in the design phase, support FMEA & project handover with R&D packaging).Originate tertiary packaging specifications (validate end-of-line configurations & run transport tests).Manage development of suppliers' capability/capacity (root cause analysis in specs deviation).Support Business Continuity Plan (duplicate specs to new suppliers, increase existing suppliers' capacity & apply regulatory requirements).Support quality improvement (revisit specification tolerance & modify delivery methods/packing instructions).Support continuous improvement (partner with Operations to improve production processes & impact line efficiency).Identify, assess, and implement cost-saving opportunities.Working for Coty means being part of one of the largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skin care, and body care.
