Requirements : Be a student/graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or related fields Knowledgeable in Hospitality/Education Excellent communicator both orally and written in both English and Spanish (C1 level minimum) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing circumstances Comfortable self-starting assigned projects and managing them independently Confident and eager to engage with clients, partners and other stakeholders Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided) Responsibilities : Support the Director of Operations in all her duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities Ensure consistent and smooth implementation of daily operational procedures Assist in strategic business planning and analysis Lead and complete special assigned side projects Be a knowledgeable resource in matters related to our business Represent Placement International in a professional and hospitalian manner Help facilitate clear and consistent communication between departments Maintain calendars and schedule necessary meetings, calls, etc.
