You will work closely with Engineering, Commercial, and other business areas, and spearhead initiatives to optimize our delivery processes for market success. This is a unique chance to leave a lasting impact in the sports analytics domain and to grow your career in a dynamic startup environment.Responsibilities:Lead the Delivery Operations department, including annotation teams, quality assurance, and customer success.Lead post-sales communication with clients on service implementation, customer success, support, and other mechanisms to ensure retention.Coordinate with the Product and Engineering areas to provide input to company roadmaps in order to meet delivery/integration/implementation objectives.Manage Delivery Operations department personnel in terms of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, retention, mentorship and motivation, policies, and individual development.Lead requirements gathering, requirements validation, implementation, and delivery of pilot projects.Manage relationships and contracts with vendors involved in the delivery value chain, which may include video, data, and other service providers.Innovate or find new lines of revenue with these partners, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.Participate in business strategy decision-making along with the rest of the management team.Create, monitor, report, and optimize KPIs related to delivery, including unit costs, and find strategies to optimize them.Implement process, policies, and standards across the Delivery Operations department, and coordinate on cross-departmental policies as relevant, in order to balance quality, speed, and cost, according to company strategies.Ensure compliance with local, international, and client-specific laws, standards, and requirements.Evaluate risks related to the entire value chain and strategize accordingly.Requirements:Proven experience in operations management with a specific focus on early-stage products from greenfield to growth stage
