Your mission: We are looking for two talented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join us in our Barcelona office and play a key role in expanding our reach.
Key Responsibilities:Qualifying Leads: Analyze potential clients' needs and determine if they align with Didit's offerings. Your ability to assess whether a prospect is the right fit will be critical to our sales success.HubSpot Management: Track and manage all prospect communications, tasks, and outcomes using HubSpot CRM. You will need to be comfortable working with this tool, from tracking leads to analyzing pipeline data.Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to deal closure. As an SDR, you will be pivotal in moving leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and competition, particularly in the software and identity verification sectors, to effectively position Didit's solutions.Your Profile:Experience: You've had some hands-on experience (at least 1 year) as an SDR, business development representative, or a similar role within a software company. You understand the sales cycle, lead qualification, and prospecting processes.HubSpot Knowledge: You are familiar with HubSpot CRM, and you know how to leverage it for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and optimizing workflows.Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish. You can create compelling pitches and build rapport with potential clients.Goal-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment, and you have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.Tech-Savvy: You have a natural interest in technology and enjoy learning about new software solutions, especially those in the digital transformation and identity verification space.Location: Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.What We Offer:Healthy work environment - Experience a supportive environment where team members collaborate and inspire each other.
