What you'll do:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Reporting Developer to deliver and execute Business Intelligence services across Indicia Worldwide, with an emphasis on delivering value to our agency, creative production and print management clients.
The Business Intelligence Reporting Developer will create products and services that democratise data in order to support and guide strategic decision making for Indicia Worldwide and our clients.
Delivering high-quality reporting and insights through automation, insight and challenge to business areasDesigning and managing underlying data sources to allow quick and efficient data extracts to support analysisWork closely with Senior Developers and relevant stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis and reportingParticipate in the full lifecycle of a BI project: Understanding the requirements from the stakeholders, working with data architects to design the solution, report creation and data validationEstablish and maintain end to end data quality framework to ensure data and reporting assets are accurate and comply with high quality data standardsTrack and resolve risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycleMonitor, analyze, and escalate data inconsistenciesWhat you'll bring: Working experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Reporting, Business Analytics and InsightsProven experience with Microsoft Power BI (both user interface and Power Query editor) and/or Python for data appsExperience in using analytics tools and languages used to manipulate and export data (SQL) and to analyzeGood interpersonal skills and capable of communicating at all levels within the organizationAttention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal EnglishExperience in ETL processes and database management principles is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (desirable)The softer skills that we believe will help you thrive in this role: Confident in building and maintaining business relationships at all levelsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAdvanced attention to detail and accuracyAble to work under pressure and in time constraints, holding strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a busy workload at timesAble to work with non-technical stakeholdersRole Requirements:
This role is based on a hybrid basis from our Madrid or Barcelona office.
