Underwriting Assistant Japanese Business - Non-Life (German Spoken)As an Underwriting Assistant, based in our Barcelona office, you will directly report to the Operations Manager for Germany/Benelux based in Düsseldorf, and you will perform administrative tasks specific for our core business. You will be key for an efficient Administrative Centre, as well as to comply with the company's objectives and standards.Responsibilities Assisting in managing the portfolio dedicated to Japanese risks in Property, Casualty and MarineDaily processing of requests from brokers, underwriters and other departmentsIssuance of policy documentation (insurance policy, endorsement, renewal letter, adjustments)Maintaining the database up-to-dateKeying the policy data in the Policy Administrative SystemFollow up/maintain the renewal portfolio and related documentationInvoicing the clients and follow up on overdue and incorrect paymentsGuarantee data quality checksFiling documentationMeeting monthly deadlinesRequirements Qualified Insurance trades is a plusExperience in an administrative role (4 to 7 years)Experience in the non-life Insurance business, specifically in property is a plus.Fluent in German, confident in English.Availability to travel to DüsseldorfProfile Possess good analytical, numerical and organizational skillsHigh customer focus: good collaboration with colleagues, brokers and other business partnersDetail OrientedTeam player#J-18808-Ljbffr
