Our top product is a multi-platform parental control solution that is used and loved by hundreds of thousands of families worldwide, and is one of the leading brands worldwide in the Digital Wellbeing category.We're looking for a full-time Marketing CRM Manager to join our Marketing team.Your mission:As a Marketing CRM Manager, your main duty will be to focus on building long-term customer relationships.
You will be responsible for the development of consumer relation strategies to increase user success, engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction as well as execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel user relations.We are looking for someone with extensive cross-functional collaboration, very strong analytical, good communication, and excellent project managerial skills that will enable you to effectively execute multiple responsibilities.Responsibilities:Own the global CRM editorial calendarA/B test and optimize messaging, content, and tone to ensure improvement of activity, retention, and conversion metrics.Report post-campaign results to key stakeholders; share insights and learningsRecommend targeted audiencesBuild multi-channel client communication strategies with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.Ensure consistency in all consumer contact initiatives.Collaborate with product, customer support, and other departments in an effort to develop and launch suitable initiatives.Manage third-party vendors in order to improve consumer communications.Run CRM campaigns and introduce new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and changing market trends.Requirements and Skills:Proven work experience in Customer Marketing or similar roleExperience in SaaSExperience with Braze or similar toolingStrong analytical mindset and orientation towards resultsStrong communication skillsStrong strategic visionA self-motivated individual who can work under tight schedules and meet deadlinesFluent in EnglishRelevant university degree or equivalentWhat can we offer you?Great culture - friendly and emphasizes both teamwork and funOur company is home to over 15 nationalitiesFlexible working hours - and there are possibilities to work from homeInteresting challenges in a fast-growing technology company for you to grind your skillsCompetitive salary rangePrivate Health InsuranceIn-house training and team building eventsA modern and fully equipped office headquarters in Barcelona city centerDaily fruit and beverages supply23 days of holidays per year.
