Tasks:Develop a good understanding of the business.Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes.Act as the finance partner of the Spain Homecare management team, providing financial information and analysis necessary for effective management of the business: Sales, costs (including business cases).Support the business in growth, efficiency, and profitability enhancement.Reporting, analysis, and interpretation of financial data and KPIs.TWC analysis.Monitoring FTE development.Capital Expenditure (Capex) control.Provide cost center planning, management reports, and deviations analysis.Ensure compliance with finance and accounting regulatory framework (local GAAP).Requirements:University/master's degree in Finance.At least 3 years of experience in multinational corporations and in a FICO department.Spanish and English knowledge mandatory.Applicants with a certificate of disability would be valued positively.Benefits:Temporary contract directly with the multinational.Flexible start and ending of the work schedule.Hybrid system.Possibility to travel (2-3 times a year).
