Salary: €1,060 gross per month with free accommodation (own room in shared housing), or €1,260 gross per month without accommodation.

Job Overview As an Advertising Sales Representative, you'll be part of a team of top sales professionals dedicated to supporting Czech-speaking clients.
Your role involves actively developing and managing client relationships, offering customized advertising solutions, and finding new sales opportunities within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You'll engage with clients in both Czech and English, supporting them to achieve business growth.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales DevelopmentProactively contact new and existing clients (advertisers and agencies) through calls, chats, and emails to identify and maximize sales opportunities.Provide tailored advertising solutions that align with each client's business goals.Manage a portfolio of small business clients, developing strategies to increase their revenue.Consultative Sales ApproachDemonstrate a strong commitment to consultative sales, understanding client needs to offer effective solutions.Prioritize outreach based on insights into clients' needs and market nuances, delivering customized experiences.Client Education & OptimizationHelp clients understand the full range of advertising products, including performance measurement tools, and advise on optimal product use.Continually assess and optimize product performance for each client through proactive engagement.Knowledge Development & SharingBuild and maintain an in-depth understanding of client business models across different industries and local market trends.Share insights, feedback, and success stories to help improve advertising products and the client experience.Collaborate with team members, learning and teaching to enhance customer service and ad product functionality.Troubleshooting & Post-Sales SupportProvide pre- and post-sales support across all advertising products, ensuring clients feel supported at each stage.Address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver insights that enhance product value and client satisfaction.Insight Collection & Problem SolvingIdentify common challenges and trends to inform product improvements.Use feedback to develop impactful client recommendations and refine advertising strategies for success.Requirements Fluency in Czech and English.Strong consultative sales skills and experience in a client-facing role.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.Passion for helping businesses grow through strategic advertising solutions.Perks and Benefits Competitive Salary: €1,060 per month with free accommodation (or €1,260 without).Housing: Free private room in a shared house/apartment for the entire contract period.Career Growth: Gain experience working with an international tech leader, developing valuable skills in sales and digital advertising.This role is ideal for those passionate about advertising, skilled in sales, and excited to make a difference in a technology-driven environment.
