Join Schwarz Global Services Barcelona - IT Hub of Europe's Largest Retail Group.At Schwarz Global Services Barcelona, we provide high value IT services for the entire Schwarz Group, which includes Lidl, Kaufland, Schwarz Produktion, PreZero, Schwarz Digits, STACKIT, and XMCyber.As part of a top 5 global retail company, we serve 6 billion customers through 13,700 stores in 32 countries, supported by over 575,000 employees.We are looking for open-minded colleagues with passion for technology, who are willing to find diverse and exciting career opportunities in a dynamic work environment that stands for development and progress.Elevate your career with us, where development and progress are at the heart of everything we do.Your TasksOur mission: Cyber Security Audit team was established within SGS Cyber security department to help protect Schwarz group from cybersecurity threats by developing and delivering effective and proactive security testing and audit services to the group members to suit the ever-growing organizational needs.Working with the cyber security audit team on performing 3rd party supplier cyber security assessments, system technical security assessments, internal cyber security audits and data protection compliance reviews.Responding to and recording audit requests from the internal customers from start to completion;Coordinating kick-off meetings, audit preparation, planning and report distribution in line with best audit practices and internal policies.Maintaining records of the audit activities and their findings in the internal GRC tool.Coordinating and managing 3rd party service providers.Providing support with regular reporting on various security audit KPIs such as open findings.Managing and contributing to internal projects and process development.Your ProfileReliable, organised, structured way of working – individually and within the team.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to using new systems and tools.Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks/projects.Practical understanding or experience of service/helpdesk ticketing system.Customer service orientated approach and excellent communication skills.Good level of English is a must: we are providing services to international internal customers across 30 countries.Basic knowledge of and interest in Information Security, Cyber Security, Data Protection principles, and common security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR, NIST) would be useful but not essential.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of working as part of a security service team in a well-established international company.We look forward to receiving your application.
