You will be at the forefront of your customers' digital transformation journey. With a firm grasp of the sales process, you will generate leads, build relationships, and ultimately smash your target by aligning your customer's objectives with SAP CX capability that can deliver the outcomes they seek. It is critical our salesperson is approachable and professional as they will frequently be asked to represent SAP CX by giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows. As a customer-centric organization, it is essential that our salesperson develops a deep understanding of their customers' business and associated challenges. They will then work with an extended sales team to prepare and successfully lead the execution of a strategy to solve these challenges. You will be joining an experienced, low-ego team that values and embraces diversity, initiative, tenacity, and teamwork.
Objectives of this Role Identify, understand, and develop opportunities to help our customers improve their customers' experience.Develop Account Plans that identify and solve key customer challenges.Lead an extended sales team with internal peers and external partner resellers.Represent SAP CX with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and how they solve customer challenges.Establish strong relationships and gain insight into the needs of our customers.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and activity targets.Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Qualify, develop and position solutions to customer challenges utilizing the SAP CX products and services.Utilise and maintain SAP sales tools to ensure standard processes during all sales stages.Work with the extended Account Team to ensure alignment and design industry-specific outbound efforts.Make cold or warm outreach calls, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales approaches.Skills and Qualifications Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and activities.Critical thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving (three plus years in B2B sales and ideally Customer Experience / SaaS).Growth mindset; open to new ideas and learning new methods.High level of personal accountability and pride.Maintains a strong sense of urgency.Able to influence a team, even when not in a position of authority.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyse business opportunities and read situations well.Preferred Qualifications Strong experience selling within a complex environment.Ability to manage sales cycle and report accordingly.SaaS selling experience.eCommerce, Retail, Travel and Hospitality domain experience.We are SAP Our inclusion promise SAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
