Currently, we are looking for an Agile Lead to join our team based in Spain.
What will you be doing?
Servant-leader or host leader to the team, creates and maintains the conditions to succeed.
Coaches the team to stay focused on their goals to successfully deliver to their commitments.
Acts as a true leader, facilitates communication, empowers teams to choose their way of working, ensures that the team has the resources that it needs, and removes any impediments to the team in a timely manner.
What would make you a good fit?
Senior modern project manager, and expert Scrum Master.
An expert on SAFe, LESS or NEXUS.
A Senior Change Manager or a Senior Tech Lead with management skills can fit the position, or simply an expert on applying agility based on principles and values.

100% integrity to values and principles of collaboration, honesty, and transparency under stress and anywhere.
High levels of seniority to manage communication with middle and senior management and to influence the ecosystem.
