Duel is a SaaS company on a mission to empower brands to grow through the advocacy of the people who love them. It was founded by world-record-breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer, alongside viral games developer Naio Tsarouchis. The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows mid-level to enterprise brands to scale how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators, and brand ambassadors. THE ROLE
Working directly with the Head of Product, you'll be responsible for leading a squad focused on increasing member engagement with our affiliate and ambassador programmes, in order to deliver unrivaled ROI for our brands. This will entail owning the end-to-end product development from discovery through to release. Specifically, you will own:
Strategy: Create, own and communicate a coherent squad strategy.Discovery: Working cross-functionally (product design, data science, customer success) to build a backlog of high-confidence, scoped opportunities that implement the squad's strategy.Research: Conducting customer interviews and market research to identify high-impact problems and competitor solutions.Experimentation: Building tactical experiments to adapt our knowledge and confidence in the solutions we need to build.Feature Development Release: Efficiently building and shipping high-quality features to our users with the monitoring, support, and documentation needed for successful adoption.Delivery Execution: Running the squad's sprints and ceremonies to drive the squad forward at an efficient velocity.Impact: Measurable impact on metrics that help drive the commercial goals of the company.THE PERSON
We are looking for an entrepreneurial go-getter who thrives in a fast-growing environment. You should be a visionary PM, able to demonstrate projects you've impacted, and be user-centric, always referencing our customer's needs. You should also be commercially minded, able to translate higher-level commercial objectives into day-to-day decision-making, and a natural communicator, keeping stakeholders informed about the product's progress.
EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience leading product squads within a similar staged business. MarTech experience preferred.
WHAT WE OFFER

Salary: £85k-£95k.
