Responsibilities: Provide support within the framework of customer contracts. Maintain a thorough understanding of customer setups, applications, and agreements. Enhance efficiency and quality in daily tasks and team activities. Ensure high professionalism and quality in all services. Apply business understanding to daily activities and manage invoicing of support cases. Participate in process and routine development activities. Support the payroll team to develop payroll skills when possible. Requirements: Proven customer support experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team. Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English are mandatory.
