In this role, you will engage with high-level clients from one of Europes top digital banks, providing expert savings advice and introducing innovative banking products designed for high returns.

Position Overview:
You will provide exceptional customer service to bank clients through various channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat. Your focus will be to inform clients about cutting-edge digital banking products in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, such as account openings, password resets, and transfers.Manage back-office tasks including email and WhatsApp communication.Present and promote innovative banking products.Ensure compliance with regulations on transparency, service information, and client protection regarding investment products.Identify and report issues within banking applications and follow up as needed.Meet quality standards and achieve sales objectives set by the entity. Requirements: Dutch: C2 levelPreferred: Studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Prior experience in banking is appreciated but not required. Skills & Competencies: Strong customer focus, empathy, and active listening skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to learn autonomously.Commercial aptitude, along with strong social and client-facing skills.Problem-solving capabilities.Team player with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.Ability to organize, plan, and perform well under pressure.Flexibility and adaptability to evolving environments and new technologies.Initiative and a can-do attitude. Benefits: 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month).
