We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our PSO team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Toledo (Las Ventas de Retamosa). How you make the difference This position is crucial for Bolton as it drives our digital strategy, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. The expected outcome is increased online presence and improved digital campaign performance. How your agenda looks like: Assist customers with queries or concerns related to the company's products and quality of service. Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the evolution of customer complaints. Your team: You will report directly to the PSO director. What makes you a great fit: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related. Experience in logistics is a plus. Work Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in customer services, ideally in the food/FMCG sector. Technical Skills: EDI and Excel experience are mandatory. Local language: proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
