Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: RM 7500, plus KPI, shift allowance, medical benefits, visa, and accommodation.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat) in Italian.
Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and technical issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, processing returns, and addressing concerns promptly.
Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Prior experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic knowledge of computer applications and experience with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a BPO or call center environment.
Technical support experience is advantageous.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
