What tasks will you perform?
Daily qualification of leads acquired by conducting desk research using multiple internal and external sources and proactive telemarketing activities.
LiveChat management.
Routing of leads and technical inquiries to responsible functions and/or partners.
Providing marketing materials and product documentation to leads upon request.
Ensuring timely management of leads by sales colleagues and channel partners through proactive reminders and proper follow-up cadence.
Providing regular feedback on lead quality to campaign managers, marketing communication personnel, and sales teams.
Tracking lead management results and reporting to the business.

What are we looking for?
Training in marketing/communication/business/technical fields.
Previous experience in the field is a plus.
Native speaker of German.
Proficiency in English, as communication with managers and colleagues will be in this language.
Strong communication skills, a vocation for customer service, effective time management, and the ability to learn.
Availability to travel daily to L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

What do we offer?
Contract through Adecco for 6 months + 6 months with the possibility of joining the company.
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday flexible entry between 08:15 and 09:00 hours (8 and a half hours), intensive Friday (6.15 hours). July and August will also have intensive hours, from 08:00 to 15:00, so you can enjoy the summer.
Salary: €30,000 gross per year (€17.14 gross per hour).
Onboarding as soon as possible.
