Assisting customers via phone, email & chat
Providing product information to the customer (e.g. subscription, payment and technical requirements)
Collecting and maintaining customer data

You have a near-native level of Dutchand a high level ofEnglish
You have good customer support skills
You have an interest in the sports field
Youare punctual and reliable
