Primary Responsibilities Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat). Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional support. Address and resolve customer complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions and alternatives. Diagnose client issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions. Recognize when issues require escalation to other departments or senior representatives. Work collaboratively with team members to resolve or close help tickets effectively. Document actions taken, categorize cases, and identify potential bugs for the engineering team. Maintain and update all relevant administrative forms related to the role. Skills and Qualifications Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users. Resourceful, resilient, and able to stay composed in all situations. Strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Capable of working independently, while also being an effective team player.
