We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients Onboard new corporate clients to ensure they are 100% up and running Craft high-level onboarding documentation such as user guides, videos, and training materials Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets Monitor and report existing and potential threats to help maintain our 0 churn rate Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth Your basic qualifications Fluent level of English and Italian 1+ year experience in a B2B account management/customer success role Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to learn something new every day Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties We are also interested in Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups Any other language is a plus Our offer
