Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries and requests from customers efficiently and professionally in German or Dutch, via phone, email, and chat. Identify customer issues and resolve them satisfactorily within set timelines, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions. Gather customer feedback and work with the team to implement proactive measures for service enhancement. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance. Essential Skills and Qualifications Fluency in both written and spoken German or Dutch and English is required. Prior experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make decisive actions. Comfortable using customer service software and basic IT tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
