(Temporary due to maternity leave)Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary ObjectivesCustomer SatisfactionOperation excellenceEnsure all PO and non-PO orders are processed accordinglyApply with proceduresTop ResponsibilitiesOrder processing and follow through order fulfillmentPromptly address customer and sales force queries on processed and in-process ordersMonitor consignment stock levels and coordinate/follow up stock countsCompliance with local/Corporate policies and proceduresInventory managementMain CompetencesAbility to deal with complaints tactfully, calmly and politelyTeam playerOvercome obstaclesQuality commitmentThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
