Address customer inquiries and issues via phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages promptly and courteously.Provide tailored guidance to customers on utilizing our products/services effectively, aligning with their unique requirements and preferences.Serve as a reliable product expert, delivering accurate and strategic information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Qualifications:
