What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.Follow all the processes and procedures of the project.Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
Have a proficient or bilingual level of Portuguese and Spanish, and advanced level of English.Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution.If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
