David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative for their Barcelona office. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Work model: on-site DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/email Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge Support technical enquiries and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress Monitor / progress all open queries in queue Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level Ensure contractual SLA is maintained Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written.
