What you will do in this role: Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries.
Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems.
Work together as a group and achieve set goals.

What's in it for you: Full-time 39 hours/week contract: rotative Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00.
Salary 17,500 euros gross/year + up to 150 euros gross/month in bonus.
