Department: The Customer Service Manager leads the Customer Service, Distribution & Customer Logistics Spanish team by supervising customer requests, offers and tenders, stock management, relations to distribution partner company and customer data collection.
Provide consistent analysis to finance, marketing and sales departments, implement direct marketing programs by customer. This position provides for business and financial support for the company that enhances decision-making and results in the achievement of short-term and long-term financial objectives.
