In brief, you will be responsible for: Owning the full customer service cycle: from the initial order all the way to the order invoicing Playing a pivotal role in the coordination between the client, vendor, logistics, and finance Working hand-in-hand with the sales and finance team to prevent disputes and understand the difference in pricing Coordinating cross-functional teams locally (Retail, R&D, planning, supply chain, logistics, and finance) Acting as support to the customer service team with administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis and assisting with customer service projects Qualifications Hard Skills & Capabilities Relevant degree in Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management Proficient in Business English and Spanish Great command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with SAP is a plus Please kindly note that it is necessary to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
