That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will:Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.Perform indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.Handle claims and cancellation requests.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a high level of Romanian (C2) and fluent in English (B2).Have previous customer experience (a plus).Possess excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
