What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries.Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
