Your role:
First Level technical support for home-range printers, multifunction printers, and others, to private end users and business customers. Presales support to provide accurate information about the products. Reseller support and warranty services arrangements. Hours and Benefits:
39 hours/week from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday Salary: 17,350 Euros gross/year + up to 2,400 Euros gross/year in bonus Ongoing training Start date: Immediate 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked) Why apply:

You are a native level speaker of Italian and have fluent English. You have some experience in customer service support, remotely or face to face. Added plus if you have a technical customer service background and troubleshooting guidelines. You have knowledge of Operating Systems.
