As a Customer Representative on our team, you will: - Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and partners.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service -Respond to e-mails, messages, and phone calls from customers and partners globally.
-Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently -Update and maintain accurate customer contact information -Handle refund requests and ensure timely processing -Provide booking information and support as needed -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

Concentrix is a great match if you: - Are proficient or bilingual in Danish with advanced English level - Have experience in researching and managing databases - Have good communication and interpersonal skills to work well with others - Have passion for travel and experience with travel-related issues.
- Have strong consultative skills to find the right solutions for customers - Have proficiency in a multi-system environment and basic internet and web-based application skills - Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook It will be a plus if you: - Have a college degree - Have 3 years of travel experience -Have travel and airline industry experience and savvy preferred Don't meet every requirement?
