You'll be the expert responsible for working together with the CRM Specialists of the team, supporting them on creating CRM and in-app campaigns for our consumer brands.What you'll do Support the creation of a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns geared towards personalization across channels (email, in-app, landing pages), including lifecycle campaigns, monthly planned campaigns, and more.Assist in creating campaign briefs, proofreading, and double-checking before the briefings are distributed to stakeholders.Support the creation of campaign assets such as copywriting, displays, A/B testing, and segmentation strategy.Assist the team in testing every campaign with clearly set hypotheses and a data-driven approach.Help the team meet the deadlines and milestones included in the campaign calendar.Support the entire campaign activation process and keep track of deadlines and deliverables.Assist the team in liaising with different campaign stakeholders (markets, eCommerce department, third parties, etc.).Support the team in tracking and analyzing campaign results.Assist in maintaining the health of the database through smart segmentation.Provide inputs in terms of campaign design to ensure campaigns are user-friendly and optimized.Your qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.Passion for digital marketing.Fluency in English and Spanish.Well organized and capable of handling several projects at once.Good written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management.Proficient in Microsoft Office for day-to-day tasks.Knowledgeable in email marketing, Adobe Photoshop, and marketing automation tools (e.G., Adobe Marketing Cloud).Skills in segmentation and audience management.What you'll get in return...
