Why don ´t you join us?To support our Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, the Customer Solution Center (CSC) team in Madrid, we are looking for you as a Customer ManagerScope of your roleAct as the central point of contact for Managed accounts for sales-related topics (RFQs, pricing, lead-time, hit rate, price negotiation, etc.)Proactive customer approach by ensuring customer relationship is actively maintained and developed in order to build a multilevel networkFocus on reaching company targets, monitor sales KPIs, and define measures for their fulfillmentMaintain opportunity and quote related information in CRMQuote and opportunity creation and follow-upReview and validate the commercial aspects of legal and quality-related documentsCommunicate and coordinate customer inquiry requirements throughout the supply chain (manufacturing, logistics...), in cooperation with other members of the teamWork in collaboration with the team to guarantee customer satisfactionSupport preparation of and participate in customer visits, in necessary caseWhat defines youCommercial training, technical school degree, or equivalentPreferably 2+ years of experience in commercial activitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)Strong people and relationship-building skillsCustomer-driven with a positive, professional, can-do attitudeStrong negotiation skillsOrganizational skills with the ability to multi-taskDecision-making and problem-solving skillsOur benefits for youBe part of a market leader and work in a modern multicultural environmentVaried and responsible tasks and areas of responsibilityFlexible work model, oriented to business culture with social benefits#Start shaping industry from the inside#Trelleborg is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we take pride in the diversity of our employees, valuing the special experience and expertise that people from different backgrounds bring to our business.
