Your expertise in cryptocurrency transactions will be pivotal in navigating customer interactions seamlessly.

You bring with you: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Eagerness to expand your knowledge of crypto and customer service.
A hands-on mentality and adaptability to changing situations.
Ability to anticipate and manage client emotions proactively and reactively.
Demonstrated ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
Good to have: BIG PLUS: Familiarity with NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology and strategies for improvement.
Additional languages, especially Spanish, are advantageous.
Previous experience and knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions and e-commerce gift card redemption issues.
Your Responsibilities: Manage daily customer tickets in Zendesk with a friendly and efficient approach, encompassing answering inquiries, resolving issues personally, and ensuring a seamless experience with Bitrefill.
Serve as a vocal advocate for our customers internally, advocating for bug resolutions and product enhancements to enhance customer happiness and meet their evolving needs.
Liaise with partners and suppliers to address support cases effectively.
Propose innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Cultivate peace of mind, trust, and confidence in every customer interaction.
